What is your turnaround time?
My turnaround time is very quick and depends on the project length.

What is Cost?
Our rates are very affordable at only USD 12 per hour. We will only bill you for jobs we have completed. Our payment option is Paypal. We also do the first construction material takeoff / building estimate as a free trial.

How do you price your takeoff?
We offer fixed price and hourly price for construction estimating service (Quantity takeoff services).

Yes, we can provide costs estimates for an additional charge based on your own supplied pricing or benchmark rates for your state.

I have a duplex, is this counted as one or 2 jobs?
In most cases, we consider a duplex 1 job.

I would like my takeoff in a specific format, can you provide it to me in the format I need?
Yes, send us your template and we can provide takeoff in the format that you sent us.

Can you upload the takeoff/estimate directly into our job management system? We can also provide an import file for Buildertrend, Building Connected, Plangrid and similar systems.

What software’s do you use for the estimating and takeoff’s?
We use the following estimating software for our clients: Plan swift, On Screen Takeoff, mitek Sapphire, Auto Cad, RFMS Measure, Revit and other specialized software. See “Services” page for a more extensive list. We are also happy to use any software that you are currently using to estimate.
