We offer Accurate Estimating Services to Contractors, Sub Contractors and Suppliers. In our construction takeoff, we will provide you a complete takeoff quantity of material with location. We also provide the measurements and scope of work. We will also highlight any discrepancies in plan and will notify in the scope and any also the assumptions if made due to availability of missing information.
Our first priority is accuracy and makes sure that each building material takeoffs checked by the team leader before delivering it to the client. We also provide the measurement program files that we used for the take-offs in your preferred software
. We also provide the quantity takeoffs in the client's specific quantity takeoff template/format if the client needed.
